Artists for Gaza is a collective of cultural workers from the UK standing with Gaza and the Palestinian cause. We amplify Palestinian voices through artists' platforms, using music and art to mobilise solidarity and protest what leading experts and global institutions have recognised as genocide.
Rooted in the traditions of Rock Against Racism and the Anti-Apartheid Movement, our campaign shows that art and music can move people to confront political and social injustice. Many of our collaborators have long histories of commitment to social justice and anti-racism.
In four events, over 40 iconic artists have come together, raising nearly £50,000 — first for UNICEF's Gaza Appeal, and now in direct support of Health Workers for Palestine, an independent charity rebuilding Gaza's medical system: maternity wards, trauma care, MRI scanners, and the basic infrastructure of survival.
This is more than fundraising. It is a cultural front of resistance — declaring that silence in the face of atrocity is not an option.
